Mettacine Woman Ink & Ether is a genre-unbound literary journal for women in motion. It celebrates high-quality fiction, creative nonfiction— moves between the page and the unseen, weaving literature with intuition, astrology, numerology, and everyday magick. It explores the lived realities of the body, health, trauma, primal instinct, costmic pattersn, spirituality, love, relationships, family, broader social contexts, career pursuits, aging, death, creativity, power—all through the female lens. Each issue also features the stories of three women, and is committed to truth in all its forms.
Curious, unapologetic, deeply human, and beyond.
Mettacine Woman Ink & Ether invites bold, high-quality work that speaks to any aspect of the human experience in female form—birth, adverse childhood experiences/trauma, growth, healing and transformation, sexuality, aging, death, . . . you name it. We seek writing and art that illuminates the courage, complexity, and creativity of womanhood across time, culture, contexts, and consciousness.
