Adriena is a writer, educator, multi-sensing Intuitive Channel, Shamanic Witch, part-time alien, full-time creative, fun-loving muse, and founder of Mettacine Woman™.

She owns and operates HighVibe Mettaverse, her Louisville-based wellness headquarters — a world with its own orbit. There, her work bridges brain and nervous system regulation, musculoskeletal pain relief, and love — the kind that settles into cozy rooms and listens deeply. The kind that knows magick lives in compassionate human touch, in the breath and the tears, in the vibration of spoken words, and in the way we metabolize our truth.

She moves seamlessly between neuroscience and mysticism, structure and spirit. Brainwaves and birth charts sit comfortably at the same table without conflict.

Mettacine Woman™ is her living body of work — devoted to one thing: women fully inhabiting their power and aliveness with clear minds, steady nervous systems, and spirits, intentionality, and integrated wisdom switched on.

Beyond sessions, teaching, and ceremony, Adriena is most alive steeped in shenanigans with her polar-opposite wife, in deep conversation with her uncannily similar only child, marveling at oceans, through old-growth forests, and in faraway lands where nothing is familiar and everything awakens the senses. She is a voracious learner, an avid rollerblader, hiker, movement maven, and unapologetically playful. If there’s an adventure around the bend, she’s already slipping into her shoes and calling on her spirit guardians for protection.
